Hoboken Art and Music Festival

The Friday before the Hoboken Art and Music Festival, I had the brilliant idea of getting the doggy backpack so I can take Bao with us on adventures. We’ve scoped out the bag months before and it didn’t look like she wanted anything to do with it but I figured if I got the bag we can practice at home and worst case scenario we return bag. It took a while to figure out the best way to get her in but once she was in, she didn’t complain so I took that as a good sign. We arrived to Hoboken early on before it got too crowded so she can walk up and down Washington street smelling all the other dogs’ butts. Once it got a bit crowded, thats when we packed her up, and she was the star of the event. Everyone was pointing or smiling and wanting to pet her and even take some photos of her. I think she had a good day and I had a workout carrying a 50 something pound dog on my back for an hour. All that training came in handy.
